To register as YLOC student, please carefully follow the steps below:

1) Print out the attached registration form below

2) Make sure to complete all pages on the file and that all blanks are filled in.

3) Bring the completed form to your first tutoring session. Students may begin their tutoring session on the first day as long as the paperwork is turned into YLOC.
